Hemispherical View

Hemispherical View

The hemispherical view is based on 5 rows of single exposures. The process involves taking 24 photographs each from 5 different viewing angles up to 90° and then animating them using viewer software. Objects can thus be viewed not only as a panorama, but also from different bird's -eye viewing angles.

The hemispherical view is recommended for applications in which product details have to be shown not only from the side, but also from above. The viewer can thus rotate the product around an additional horizontal axis and zoom in on the object by clicking with the mouse.

This form of 3D animation can also be implemented with a suitable shooting process and software following brief training in-house.
